What Can We Do For You
The first question to ask yourself is, "What do you envision?". Do you want us to stay in the background or do you want something more interactive? Will it be a small or a large space? How long do you want us to play? Do you need us to bring our own sound equipment? What is the occasion? Would you like the option of having a larger band? (We work with other professional musicians on occasion with sufficient notice.) If you know the answers to these questions please contact us and we will come up with a proposal for you. What Are The Costs
It depends on distance and time. If you are an establishment used to hiring acts then you know the going rates. Otherwise, decide how long you want us. For professional reasons we can't publish specific rates but basically, 1-2 hours is one tier and 2-4 hours is another. Remember that the cost includes travel, equipment set-up and take down and so on, and it takes just as long to set up for a one hour performance as for a 4 hour performance!
What We Require
We need a space at least 4ft deep and 8 feet long. It does not have to be a stage, although in crowded places some kind of separation from the clientele is desirable for their safety - speakers can be heavy! We also need close access to an electrical output - just one is sufficient.
If it is appropriate, we would ask for the opportunity to make our CD available to folks, but we will respect your wishes on this.
Contracts And Proposals
We do not always require a contract - it depends on the context and the situation and we will let you know.
